The conclusion of the contractual relationship begins with the completion of the purchase order process for a product or service on www.rjojewels.com. When purchase orders are received, we send a confirmation email, and within 15 days of these orders being received we can accept or reject them by sending the user an email communication. We have the right to reject user orders at will and we will refund the amount as soon as possible or if there is reason to conclude that the user is in breach of our terms and conditions of use, as well as a finding that the user is using inappropriate or even fraudulent practices or any others that fall within the criminal sphere. The payment methods currently available are: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.); Bank Transfer (RJO, LDA), allows five working days for payment to be made, after which time your order will be automatically canceled; ATM (MB) Reference (RJO, LDA), allows 24 hours from the time the order is placed to receive payment, if payment is not made within this period your order will be automatically canceled; chargeable amount; amount sent for collection.

Orders can be sent by CTT, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS or any other delivery service provider, always with acknowledgments that must be signed by the user as soon as they receive the order(s). Packaging, service and insurance costs are added to all orders, depending on the destination country. Please note that users from countries outside the European area may be charged customs costs which are their sole responsibility. We also cannot accept responsibility if items are dispatched as agreed but do not arrive on time, due to the responsibility of the company providing the parcel delivery service, which is beyond our control and responsibility.
In some periods, RJO, LDA may decide that the delivery of orders is free of charge.

All the items presented www.rjojewels.com, are made to order only, and can never be exchanged or returned. They can also be personalized but cannot be exchanged or returned, they are custom-made items, on purpose, especially for each customer (they are ordered of their own free will by buyers with this mandatory condition).
AS A CONSUMER, BY USING THIS SITE AND PLACING ANY ORDER YOU ARE AWARE AND AGREE THAT YOU WAIVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN ALL OR PART OF YOUR ORDER FOR ANY REASON, AT ANY TIME, UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE ITEM(S) ORDERED, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGISLATION OF EACH COUNTRY. Delivery times for these custom-order items are between two and six weeks, and in some cases can be up to 90 days depending on the time of year (e.g. Christmas, summer or the country of destination). If there are any changes, we will notify you, and you will always be informed of progress during this delivery period. You may need your order sooner and if a specific delivery date is agreed with you we will take responsibility for this, otherwise we will not be held responsible if the goods do not arrive at their destination within the delivery times indicated above or even if they do not arrive at their destination for reasons for which we are not responsible. In the event of the workshop going on vacation or any unforeseen technical issue causing delays, we will inform you by e-mail. We carry out all the safety procedures and choose transport companies that give us every guarantee in terms of the safety standards of the delivery service we choose in order to preserve and ensure that the orders reach the user in perfect condition: info@rjojewels.com, We inform our valued customers that if the items arrive at their destination and the buyer receives them and takes possession of them in their (new) condition, we will never accept a claim if it is motivated by apparent signs of use with alterations to the quality standards (which we refer to as new items), negligent handling or a finding that there have been alterations of a fraudulent nature made by the user to the item or items (e.g. gold, silver or watches) in their physical or chemical constitution.

Only the user (Final Consumer) has the legal right to cancel the order within 24 hours of the date and time of the order placed and paid for on this Site and will be refunded up to a limit of 15 days after the date of the purchase (order) made, but the amount to be refunded will be deducted from the amount of the commissions paid by RJO, LDA to the company or companies that make the payment options available, as a consequence of the transaction or transactions made, by the means of payment used by the user for this purpose. Once the deadline has expired, the order (contractual binding) will follow the deadlines set for its delivery.

Watches sold at RJO, LDA are guaranteed for 2 years and only cover manufacturing defects. Any and all problems that may occur during this period (as soon as the user takes possession of the Watch), due to normal wear and tear, negligent use, among other circumstances that can be attributed as the user's responsibility are outside the warranty. This period begins on the date of the warranty booklet or invoice. If you need to activate this right, please contact: info@rjojewels.com and we will respond. In order to maintain this right, watches can be claimed at any store that is a national or international representative of these brands with the respective proof of warranty, where the reasons will be analyzed and concluded. It cannot be stressed enough that articles which are defective as a result of normal wear and tear, improper use, improper handling, accidents caused by negligence, among other things, are not covered by the guarantee.

All photographs, texts, graphics, web page design are the property of RJO LDA and are used only to provide personal information to users who use them at their own risk. All this data is protected by copyright, its reproduction, printing or copying is authorized only for the purpose of placing an order. Any other purpose is an infringement of copyright which may give rise to a claim for damages.
